So how can you help prevent tick paralysis?
Not all flea control products are the same. In fact, only a few of these products also
control ticks.

kills fleas and controls paralysis ticks on dogs.

addition it is the ONLY product on the market that controls paralysis ticks on cats.
Using a tick control product is important, however
you also need to ensure you are applying it
frequently enough to have effect.
Ticks have a thick shell and once they get on an animal, they generally find a
suitable area to attach and remain there. In order to effectively kill ticks, FRONTLINE
must be used more frequently than if you are just using it for flea control.
• FRONTLINE PLUS must be applied to dogs every 2 weeks.
• FRONTLINE SPRAY must be applied to dogs and cats every 3 weeks.
It is also important to search your pet every day for ticks. Remove any ticks found
immediately and seek veterinary advice to see if your pet requires treatment.
